Jorge Guevara

ith a Bachelor's degree in Avionics Technology Engineering and an MBA, Jorge Guevara brings a multidisciplinary background to his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Teknergy. As a co-founder, he has been instrumental in the company's growth, combining his expertise in engineering, financial strategy, and operations management to ensure the efficiency and scalability of technological projects.

His career began at Aeroman, where he honed his skills as an Avionics Engineer, ensuring the airworthiness of A320 systems. Later, at PYRUS, he led electrical energy projects for TELCOs and Data Centers in El Salvador, excelling in strategic planning and managing high-performance teams.

Beyond his corporate impact, Jorge has actively contributed to the development of high-performance athletes in the Salvadoran Sailing Federation and has shared his knowledge as a part-time professor at Don Bosco University, teaching courses in Flight Mechanics, Avionics, and Aeronautical Navigation.

As Teknergy’s COO, Jorge focuses on optimizing operations, developing scalability strategies, and continuously improving internal processes, ensuring the company maintains excellence in delivering innovative technological solutions to its clients. His operational leadership is key to positioning Teknergy as a leader in digital transformation.
